We want to get to know you beyond what we see on your resume or CV. We care about your career and personal aspirations, your achievements, and what’s important to you.
Some of our processes request responses to a few motivational and strengths-based questions that give us more insight into who you are. You might also be asked to do psychometric and aptitude testing designed to help us understand more about you and your competencies. You may even be invited to participate in an assessment centre experience.
If you are moved along in the process, you’ll have the opportunity to interview with your prospective manager and some other team members. This is the perfect time to ask questions to ensure Invesco is the right fit for you.
