The interview process differs slightly for every role, but typically includes:

  • A first interview with your Talent Acquisition partner and/or hiring manager, over the phone or video chat. Be prepared to speak about why you’re interested in the role, your strengths (and weaknesses) and what value you can bring to Invesco.
  • Subsequent interviews with prospective team members and other employees you may interact with in your future role.

Depending on the role, you may be required to undergo additional assessments as part of our process. Assessments may include (1) psychometric assessments designed to give us more insight into your preferences within the workplace and/or (2) case studies and skills tests, which can provide more objective evidence of your capabilities and competencies to perform the role.

If you are selected to join us, you’ll receive an offer of employment. We’ll then begin the process of background screening and taking you through your onboarding experience before welcoming you to Invesco.
