The interview process differs slightly for every role, but typically includes:

  • A first interview with your Talent Acquisition partner and/or hiring manager, over the phone or video chat. Be prepared to speak about why you are interested in the role, your strengths (and weaknesses), and what value you can bring to Invesco.
  • Subsequent interviews with prospective team members and other employees you may interact with in your future role.

If you are selected to join us, you’ll receive an offer of employment. We’ll will then begin the process of background screening and taking you through your onboarding experience before welcoming you to Invesco.

  1. Think about why you want this role and the competencies you will need to succeed and reach your goals.
  2. Do your research about Invesco and your interviewer(s). Also, familiarize yourself with the job details and how your CV compares.
  3. Try to just be yourself during the interview.
  4. Be succinct while discussing your previous experience, but provide enough detail to illustrate your individual accomplishments.
  5. Talk about your career ambitions and aspirations. Let us get to know you and your goals for the future.
  6. Prepare some questions for your interview, so you can make an informed decision about the opportunity.
  7. Ask about the workplace, job specifics, the strategic outlook for the business unit, advancement opportunities, and why the role is open.
